I had a great experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The metro line was just a few minutes walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the attractions. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were always helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a jacuzzi bath and a sun-drenched balcony. I especially loved the original artwork displayed throughout the hotel, adding a touch of elegance.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the fact that the hotel was located in a beautiful historic building, adding a unique charm to the experience. The location was also a plus, with easy access to tourist sites and convenient for hopping on and off bus tours. the staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable.
There were a few things that I didn't like about the hotel. the wifi was quite unstable at times, frustrating.

This hotel is located in a beautiful area with easy access to amenities, such as the mall on the gallery. The rooms are decorated beautifully with amazing artworks, creating a unique atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast offers a decent range of food options, and the cappuccinos are great.
The noise from the surrounding area can be quite disruptive, especially for those who need to wake up early.

Great location, easy access to tourist sites and hop on/off bus tours. Friendly and helpful staff. Overlooks a buzzing area but not noisy. Renovation work didn't disturb us. 10c charge for the lift was quirky. Very helpful and courteous staff.

We stayed in a lovely hotel located in a bustling shopping centre. The convenience of having shops and restaurants right at our doorstep was fantastic. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view over the plaza. The bathroom was clean and had a nice walk-in shower. The breakfast provided was satisfying, with enough options to choose from. the location and facilities of the hotel made our stay enjoyable.
There were some noise disturbances at night due to nearby building works in the shopping centre.
